Back to the beginning. June 1, 2013. It’s been ages since I’ve written here and it’s been ages since I’ve focused my brain to mindfulness. This has been filling me with guilt and regret and self-judgement so far the opposite of mindfulness and awareness practice that it’s pretty much crippled me.
