Back to the beginning. June 1, 2013. It’s been ages since I’ve written here and it’s been ages since I’ve focused my brain to mindfulness. This has been filling me with guilt and regret and self-judgement so far the opposite of mindfulness and awareness practice that it’s pretty much crippled me. Hopefully by going back to these teachings I can re-focus my brain and rediscover the inner calm I was beginning to reach before things became so busy and overwhelming recently. March 21, 2013.
