Jag hittade ett par påsar saffran i skafferiet och blev sugen på paella. 1 blomkålshuvud, rivet till "ris". 1 röd paprilka, hackad. 1 gul lök, hackad. 200 g skalade räkor. Ev 1 dl kycklingbuljong. Fräs grönsakerna i smör, tillsätt blomkål, kyckling och saffran, smaka av med salt och peppar. Tillsätt eventuellt lite kycklingbuljong och låt koka in en stund.
