Olivia is now about 6 pounds and 18 and 1/2 inches long. she's shedding her downy hair coating and the waxy substance that's been protecting her in the amniotic fluid all this time! Jag hittade ett par påsar saffran i skafferiet och blev sugen på paella. 1 blomkålshuvud, rivet till "ris". 1 röd paprilka, hackad. 1 gul lök, hackad. 200 g skalade räkor. Ev 1 dl kycklingbuljong. Fräs grönsakerna i smör, tillsätt blomkål, kyckling och saffran, smaka av med salt och peppar. Tillsätt eventuellt lite kycklingbuljong och låt koka in en stund. LCHF-muffins med smak av choklad och kokos. Hackade hasselnötter och mandlar. Smält smörer och blanda i kokosflingorna, låt svälla. Knäck äggen och separera gulan från vitan. Vispa vitan hård och fluffig. Vispa ihop äggula, kakao, sötningsmedel och de hackade nötterna. Tillsätt smör och kokos-blandningen. Fördela i muffinsformar på en plåt och låt grädda i ca 10 minuter.
