If you have any question, please contact the office. Monday, 3 May 2010. As we have had no joy with the pool contractor, we have contacted the lawyer. We have to obtain a inspection report on the repairs needed along with a detailed estimate. We have no choice but to obtain the paperwork necessary for legal proceedings to take place if necessary. We had an appointment for a pool company to come yesterday, but unfortunately they did not come. We have no other choice but to wait, and prepare the information.

After calling the police the other day and speaking in English, the police came and were informed the problem. As insurance policy requisites can change from year to year, we checked on the coverage for the Pool before the summer season commences. It was confirmed by the committee after documentation from the insurance company was provided that the dividing wall between the terrace and the Pool needs to be raised. The community has no other option for the community to face financial liability.
