As insurance policy requisites can change from year to year, we checked on the coverage for the Pool before the summer season commences. It was confirmed by the committee after documentation from the insurance company was provided that the dividing wall between the terrace and the Pool needs to be raised. The community has no other option for the community to face financial liability.
