Bikram Day 25 / Class 25 | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/02/09/bikram-day-25-class-25
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Bikram Day 25 / Class 25. Thursday 27th Jan 2011 – 6pm (taught by Simi @ Bikram Yoga Soho). Pesky work commitments meant I had to be in London all day for a conference about online recruitment, so rather than miss a day of my beloved Bikram, I took a class at Bikram Yoga Soho. Having only ever practiced at BYL. Having signed myself in, I made my way to the changing rooms and got myself a locker (really useful, as they run back-to-back classes, so there’s a...

Here we go again… | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/06/02/here-we-go-again
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Here we go again…. What in blazes happened there then? One minute I’m riding the crest of my first 30 Day Challenge, about to recount the tales of my final 3 challenge classes. Then suddenly 5 months have gone by in the blink of an eye, and not only have I not completed my January Challenge blog, but I’ve not done a huge amount of yoga either. So what’s been going on? And losing some extra holiday poundage picked up in Italy. Bikram yoga addict, devoted wife, no...

30 Day Challenge Time (again!) | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/30-day-challenge-time-again
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. 30 Day Challenge Time (again! 8220;It’s the (second) most wonderful time of the year…”. I’ve done two previous challenges at Bikram Yoga Leicester. In 2011: the first in January (which I completed), and the second in June (which I didn’t complete, was just too hard to fit in with a busy work schedule). So I know what lies ahead, but I also know I can do it, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in. View all posts by MadeInTheFire ». Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Bikram Day 26 / Class 26 | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/02/10/bikram-day-26-class-26
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Bikram Day 26 / Class 26. Friday 28th Jan 2011 – 9.30am (taught by Hannah). A 17-hr day the day before and another early start do not a good Bikram class make😦. Felt utterly shattered this morning, but struggled my way through the class and managed to complete every posture (with a bit of gentle prodding from Hannah, when I almost sat out one set of Triangle! 8211; being so close to the end of the challenge really helps to spur you on when you feel tired. Getting back on the Bikram bus | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/11/15/getting-back-on-the-bikram-bus
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Getting back on the Bikram bus. I’ve been away from the hot room for a while, for a number of reasons: work and home stuff are in the mix, as well as sheer idleness! So, the time has come for a change. With a renewed attitude and focus, I’m getting back in the hot room more regularly, and I’m committing to this yoga like never before. Because I KNOW how good it is for me, I KNOW it’s what I need, and I KNOW I LOVE THIS YOGA! And do you know what? What’s in...

Every day is a school day | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/06/03/every-day-is-a-school-day
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Every day is a school day. Class 2 of the new challenge ranks as one of my worst ever. After a fairly solid standing series (was even pleased with my efforts in Triangle), I crashed and burned in the floor series in pretty dramatic fashion. I stayed in the room and joined in from Floor Bow but never felt like I got back into it properly. Rachel gave us (me! View all posts by MadeInTheFire ». Here we go again…. Double trouble | Made in the Fire
https://madeinthefire.wordpress.com/2011/06/18/double-trouble
Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. Lean back, go back, fall back…. Friday was a catch-up day for me, after managing to get myself behind by a few classes. As I had the day off work, I thought I’d get two early classes in, leaving me free to enjoy the rest of the day. Both classes felt soooo good! I’ve been a bit up and down through the challenge so far – sometimes sailing through all postures, sometimes crashing as we hit the floor series, sometimes struggling to keep my mind quiet...Enter you...
