Typically I don't like to shoot in the middle of the day, but that is when things could work out for them, so we gave it a whirl. Madison's "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone:". 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (I used a combination of dates and dried cherries (highly recommended), but candied ginger or raisins would also be really good). 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup or less light brown sugar. 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato.
