All kids ages 9-13 are required to take our Family Fitness class along with a parent prior to being allowed to use the Fitness Center and Track. Family Fitness is a free orientation class, learn all the basics of working out on the machines and then begin working out together as a family! For days and times Kids Gym is available.

We have certified American Safety and Health Institute Instructors on site ready to train certifications in CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration (O2), and First Aid.
