Hogfamily Adventures (aka the hog blog). Saturday, November 23, 2013. About a week ago Joesph and Travis attended a one day winter survival course provided by Learn to Return, (LTR). One of the advantages of home schooling is that our boys can do activities like this without missing school. We include it in their curriculum and they get school credits. As a flight paramedic I am required to have a survival course once a year. The first part of the course is in the classroom and lab. Oh no, it's "The Bag"!

Nine American Patriots improved their Marksmanship skills and heard the true story of April 19, 1775 and the "Shot Heard 'round the World". Hogmomma and Mrs. fisherdawg register the Patriots that braved the clouds, chill, and mosquitos while the Appleseed instructors and hogboys set up the range for the weekend event.
