The Way We Are. Friday, August 23, 2013. Growing up in a space of their own. There has been lots of growing here over the past two months! Nora is now eight and a half months old, is crawling, and finally has the beginning signs of her first tooth! Matthias is talking in complete sentences, working on potty training (motivation is a new toy skid steer) and continues to charm the people at church :). I'm eight months old! Check out my top knot! Not sure I can completely catch up, but here's a peek at what we were up to these past months. It was summer so we had s'mores! The Way We Are. Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Normal life with a few fun events thrown in. February and March were filled with some fun things. and a lot of just normal life. Well, as normal as thing can be with Elden's first Lenten season and all :). February brought more snow (as did March, actually) but also a few days warm enough to get outside to play in the snow! To break up this everlasting winter, we took a trip to Lincoln and hung out with our Seminary friends! The Children's museum was awesome!

Thursday, June 4, 2015. Moments of the month. She's moving and scooting all over! Trains, trains, trains! Hiking in Santa Cruz. First swing was an exciting adventure! Big sister Maggie was more than happy to push. Josh built Gretta a loft and the girls have been sleeping GREAT now that they don't share a bed and have their own spaces! Gretta had a field trip to In-N-Out Burger for school. It was fun to learn how they do everything, including cutting the potatoes for fries! I got to chaperone!

She got 2 teeth this month, went on her first long road trip and did fairly well, is eating all sorts of foods, loves crawling around and putting things in her mouth, met sand for the first time and didn't actually eat it.too much, loves to entertain us all with her giggles and squeals! Saturday, April 25, 2015. Zoe, 5 months. Also loves her new skill of rolling over and somehow moving all over a room. Can get to her pacifier and toys herself too.
