They each have moments where they break down and sob in my arms but are still able to remain happy, loving kids. Eight years ago, Tony was diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni Syndrome. Basically, he only has 1 cancer-tumor fighting gene, while most people have 2. Two weeks after the initial diagnosis, the doctors found the first brain tumor. With surgery the doctors were able to remove the tumor. Since then Tony has had 2 more brain surgeries to remove tumors. With each, his ability to function has been reduced.
