Thursday, May 15, 2008. Ryan watched Alahna Saturday night while I did a MNO (mommy's night out) with some of the ladies from Alahna's play group. Little did I know they were wrapping my Mother's Day present! I woke up Sunday morning to Alahna playing in her crib and when I walked into her room saw the presents laying on top of her changing table. It was so sweet! Tuesday, August 19, 2008. I grew up in Hawaii where all we had is the beach (note my sarcasm? Well now that I live in the desert, and it so super hot here, we have to find ways to stay cool in the summer. They have these places called "Splash Pads" with water features for the kids to run through. Alahna LOVES them and has a blast every time we go. Here are a few pictures from our last trip to one. Finding Joy in the Journey. Saturday, March 5, 2011. Disneyworld: Day 7- Friday, January 14th. Since we were leaving on Saturday morning, Friday was our last day to enjoy the parks. Gracen (and everyone else! Was feeling great and so since only a few of us enjoyed Animal Kingdom the day before AND if was only for a few hours we decided to head back. Josh kept saying this was going to be the best day of our vacation. I don't know if he was trying to psych himself or what, but it was! Me, Myself and I.

We had 8:30am reservations at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom this morning so we got everyone up early.
