What Does Joe Know? Monday, June 17, 2013. 2 10 oz. bags of frozen blackberries. 1 10 oz. bag of frozen raspberries. 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice. 1/2 cup of dry, topping mix (below). 2 1/2 c. flour. 1/4 c 1 T. sugar. 3 1/2 t. baking powder. 2 T lemon zest. 3/4 c milk (add more if needed).
