It always seems to be a busy, fun month and the fact that it also happens to be my birthday month and Halloween is a bonus. Obviously, since I live in Miami, I can’t enjoy the leaves changing because unfortunately, they stay green all year round. I miss that the most. Dark colors on my nails. So this weekend, I decided to get my niece Mina in the kitchen while Sophia plays with her tea set. Mina is preparing the potato, garlic, onion and cheese mixture before we shape them into balls.
