Sunday, June 14, 2015. Looking Back: June's 1st Birthday. First of all: I'm so sorry, Baby, that I procrastinated this post until it's almost your 2nd birthday. One of June's birthday gifts was this baby doll from my parents. She loved it then and at the moment I'm typing this, almost one year later, she is cuddling with her baby while asleep. Sunday, September 7, 2014. Summer 2014 Seattle trip. We have been looking forward to our summer road trip home since we moved to Provo a year ago! It went like this: We drove up to Boise for a wedding and stayed there a couple days, then I continued on to Seattle with the kids (and my mom and sister, so I didn't do that 8 hr drive by myself! And our last week was back on my family's side of the water. On the drive back home we had another layover for another wedding in Boise! At Kirkland Marina Beach....

Friday, February 12, 2010. For Valentines Day: A Quick Version of Falling in Love. From a young age, I'd sworn off getting married. No one would gain my trust enough for me to give up my heart. But when I met Scott I instantly liked him. He had a 1969 VW Bug. Lived off a CostCo pack of Sour Skittles. And he had a confident infectious smile. I found out I had an Art History class with him. A class that he wasn't doing very well in. I called him to remind him to study for our test next week. Ahh, how fun!

Saturday, July 9, 2011. It's been a long break. This is the thing. It's hard to blog when don't have a computer that works properly. My old computer had a hard time with some things, watching DVDs, operating without the battery [there was no battery], sometimes just clicking to a new tab on the internet caused all sorts of problems. that spinning wheel and i became great friends. so i just didn't get on the computer alot, especially once i got email on my phone. So, well, i bought a new computer.

We were lucky to have family in town - the Lismarie and the kids (Nyland cousins) were coming into town and so Grandma Nyland came with them so she could be here for June's birthday! It was really fun to see June realize it was her birthday and what a birthday is. Sunday, April 20, 2014. SUNDAY FAMILY: April 20, 2014. Happy Easter my Lovely Friends! As promised here is another. I know it's an Easter Miracle! Let's just talk about this picture here:. My dad made it for her for Christmas and it kills me every time she wears it! And lastly, that seersucker jacket on Linc with a bowtie that matches Rob's tie. Ah me, I sure do love me this family. We had a lovely Easter with baskets, a lovely and centering time at church, dying eggs, an egg hunt, and a ham dinner.
