We heard a nutritionist talk to the swim team last week and she did tell us that carbs the night before the event are not so important as carbs after the usual training. Add the pumpkin seeds and shake until mostly brown, about 4 minutes. Add cumin (I used ground instead of seeds since that's what I had) and sugar and lime juice. It was a great dinner.and came together fairly quickly since we had grilled two extra chicken breasts on the weekend. That's my tip for easy meals during the week.the grilled chicken breasts can be used in different ways and it sure cuts down on the cooking time during the week. 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese.

Passion tea and some lemonade and mixed them.about half of each. I have never had the Starbuck's version (and I don't think she has either), but we're pretty pleased with this version.
