Yesterday I made a sunrise drive down to Portland for my Group Exercise Certification exam. It was a long day! The registration information said to show up 1/2 an hour early! My muscles were so tense by the end of the day! 1 What is the purpose of this exercise? 2 Am I doing that effectively? 3 Does this exercise raise any safety concerns?

After (im)patiently waiting for my AFAA results, I finally got them. I GOT 98%! Probably the best I've ever done on a test! I also did Flirty Girl "Booty Beat" certification ("Booty Beat" is the *dance* fitness arm of Flirty Girl, not to be confused with pole dancing. as I'm finding it often is. :op ). It was a bittersweet experience, probably more than when I dropped Blake and Trevor off for their first days since Kade is a little bit younger than they were when they started kindergarten and he's always been my sweet little buddy while they were at school. I almost teared up when I saw him standing in line with other kindergartners who were all three or four inches taller than him! Blake age 10 (5th Grade).
