Sunday, April 22, 2007. Jared's love of bowling. Jared's favorite part of the fair was the area where he could bowl. He played for about 20 minutes, and I had to give him the hope of returning later in the day so we could move on to other things. He was so into it. When he would knock them down he would jump up and down and yell "yes! He was so excited that he also entertained those who were manning the area. Friday, January 11, 2008. Going to the Park. We took the kids to the park for a picnic lunch and fun park activities. I love going to the park as a family. The kids have so much fun running around, climbing trees, making new friends, playing in the sand, sliding the slides and swinging in the swings. Sunday, August 27, 2006. San Juan Capistrano Mission. We had a wonderful time at the Mission. We were able to see the process of butterflies in all the different stages. There were new butterflies, empty cocoons, new cocoons, and caterpillars! This is my first scrapbook page from photoshop, and I am so excited to have it posted. Sunday, October 21, 2007. The Story About Ping. We just finished a unit with the book Story About Ping by Marjorie Flack and Kurt Wiese. It is a story about a little duck from China who lives on the Yangtze River. I based our unit on the story and then taught things that go along with the book. Here are some of the things we learned about…. We learned about where China is located, and memorized all the countries in Asia. We colored pictures of the Flag, and learned about the people. We made egg drop soup.

Wednesday, June 09, 2010. We've been to Arizona to see the cousins and Grandpa. Fun was had by all. Had a joint birthday for Hailey, Taylor and Caden. Not quite the rockin' party I was planning on, but they could have cared less. It's fun just to be with your cousins! Our little Taylor turned 4! I can hardly believe it. We partied all day at Disneyland, without Ellie (thank you Jenn! Let her eat all the junk she wanted. We later paid for it at 2 am with some "throw-ups". Still in love and had so much fun.
