The food was delicious and the fellowship was terrific - it was so much fun seeing old friends and making some new friends, too. We will have two fitness instructors leading us in Body Gospel exercises and Spiritual Stretching and Strengthening. Make sure to wear your comfy clothes so we can get moving!
