That's when the dream began. It started with the idea of building ourselves a coffee roaster. We welded a coffee drum, attached it to a handheld drill for even roasting, bought our 220 pounds of green beans from Mt. Elgon itself, and we were ready to. We began to drink some amazing. Cups of coffee. What started out as a farfetched dream had become a reality. We were roasting our own coffee, on our own roaster, in the middle of Uganda. And it was. Andrew and Kerri Meador.
