Is de wc wel eens een metertje te ver weg, vermijd je trampolines en het tillen van zware dingen, is hoesten, lachen of niezen niet zonder gevaar, heb je geen volle plasstraal meer? Het kan je zo maar gebeuren dat je wat “urine verliest” of dat het lastig is om een goede straal te produceren. Het is niet gezond of normaal. Het heeft niet persé met je leeftijd te maken. Het is niet leuk.
