Mrs. Ellis' Third Grade

Sunday, April 1, 2012. Last Friday we did a project called the Marshmallow Challenge. Students were put into groups and had to design a free standing structure that had a marshmallow on the top. Materials to be used included 20 pieces of uncooked spaghetti, 1 marshmallow, 1 yard of masking tape, and 1 yard of string. Students had to get their creative juices flowing and work cooperatively in their groups. Hope you enjoy the photos! Easter vacation begins on Thursday, April 5th. Posted by Mrs. Ellis.
