Pinch of sea salt. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 50g dark chocolate, melted and cooled. 1 cup sweet potato puree, cooled. 3 eggs, whisked. 188; cup coconut oil. 8531; cup rice malt syrup. 189; tsp vanilla extract. Recipe by Luke Nguyen. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced. 200g green beans, cut into 5cm lengths. 100g oyster mushrooms, torn in half. 2 teaspoons light soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 189; teaspoon freshly ground pepper. Coriander sprigs, to garnish. Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Wow I cant believe our baby girl has been with us for over a month! I feel like shes changing so fast I havent had a chance to document everything! Im trying to hold on to these precious early days of her life so here is her birth story. My labour was deemed failure to progress by the doctors and we made the decision for me to have a cesarean.
