June 2nd part-San Diego. The girls, my mom, and me all went on a road trip to San Diego. This is our favorite hotel. It is all bungalow type rooms and we walk our our door right onto the beach. It is perfect. The other door looks out to the beautiful property they have. This guy was funny and he had fun teasing the girls.

In February there was a lot more skiing. Some good some bad. Ainsley is a real daredevil. We good hear her instructor yelling at her to slow down. We were up on the lift when we heard this. She also told us she ran into a tree. Please let her be ok. She can be crazy but she really has enjoyed it. It did eventually touch the ground.

DIY Housewife In A Working World. I went crazy at the farmer's market! First time I've been in a couple weeks. I always forget how great their selection is! Today I am making homemade. salsa:) First, I rough chopped 4 cups of tomatoes. This was about 3 large tomatoes. Next, I diced 2 cups of sweet southern onions. Diced onion, 2 cups. Diced onion, jalapeño and red peppers. I hot-water canned our salsa to use when we get the winter blues:). This recipe yielded about 4 jam jars. Roasting A Whole Chicken.
