Mrs Perry's Class Photos. Thursday, May 18, 2006. St Mary's City Field Trip! On May 18, 2006, the SLES fourth grade went to historic St. Mary's City. Let's catch up with Mrs. Perry's class as they arrive. (click on pictures to view actual size). We started out meeting our guide. Remember everyone to follow the leader! She took us to the Indian village first. In the men's hut. Men have three primary functions: Hunt, Fish, and Protect the Village! This isn't going to catch a very big fish! Off to the Dove!

Mrs Perry's Class Photos. Friday, April 28, 2006. Sgt King's Presentation and School Gift. We all learned about Mikey's stepdad's job and Iraq during his visit. He shared many informational pictures with us during his presentation. As a special gift to our school, he presented us with a giant U.S. Flag that he flew on one of his missions. Mrs Carey's and Mrs. Perry's students gathered up for a picture! Mikey and his Dad took the flag down to the office to present it to Mrs. Vogel, our principal.

This is Bubba's cocoon after he hatched. If you look closely you can see juice from his wet wings. No wonder why his name is Bubba! This is the class trying to figure out what kind of moth Bubba is.
