Thursday, August 26, 2010. From Qweenie's Kitchen: Sweet-n-Sour Chicken. 1 1/4 pounds Chicken breasts, boneless skinless ; sliced. 1 tbs Vegetable oil. To taste Salt and pepper. 1 can (8 oz) Pineapple chunks. 1 can (8 oz) Water chestnuts ; sliced. 2 medium Carrots ; sliced. 2 tbs Soy sauce. 1 cup Sweet and Sour sauce. 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger. 3 Green onion ; cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 1/2 cups Snow peas. In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. There is no death. It is only a transition to a different sphere of consciousness. Zelda Rubinstein has died. For those of you who don't know her by her name she was Tangina in Poltergeist (1982). I LOVED that movie, moreover I LOVED that character.some people just don't appreciate a tiny psychic like I do. Monday, July 20, 2009. It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then. So once again I have neglected my poor little blog. Most likely my few loyal readers have abandoned me.but maybe not! I guess we'll soon find out. In addition to the traveling and fun we've been having this summer, I've been trying to lose weight. Trying to get more and more active, which has actually been fairly easy to do since there's a lot around 'The Court' that needs to be done. Have a great week!

So my husband picked this book up for me at the library because he knew I was coming to the end of the series of John Sanford books I was reading and thought this might be of interest to me. I have to say that overall it was a pretty good book, sadly the ending was a bit more convoluted than it needed to be and I totally figured out who the killer was halfway through, though I had a harder time with the motive this person had. View all my reviews.

Tuesday, November 25, 2008. The Return of The King or Hubby Comes Home. So I mentioned yesterday that my hubby, The King, has been living in a hotel in another state while waiting for the kids, the dogs and I to get moved down to him. Don't feel bad for him (just in case you were) he's perfectly comfy and even has an indoor pool and hot tub to use. Tomorrow The King returns.he's coming home for the holiday and it couldn't happen fast enough! I may run out of the house screaming as soon as he gets here.

Your visits are always part of one big trip to visit everyone. And we usually have to drive 2 hours or more to see you, you've come to our place twice. Not to mention that you time your trips horribly and get pissy when we can't make it there during your visit. Plan better next time jackass. Friends are family b/c...
