We're out to be the best. www.msutriathlon.com. Friday, May 22, 2009. The Triple T Chronicles, Volume I: The Calm Before the Storn. There are no boats at the Triple T; only soul-crushing hills. So check back often for the real scoop on the best weekend you can have for $200*. PS Douglass is currently lost and the first race starts in two hours and twenty minutes. If he doesn't figure it out soon, Team Hollywood may end up being Team Dollywood. Found my way with time to spare. May 24, 2009 at 10:29 PM.

You Can Always Quit Later: An extraordinary week
http://poohbeartri.blogspot.com/2013/02/an-extraordinary-week.html
You Can Always Quit Later. Chronicles of John Paul Severin. Thursday, February 28, 2013. Day off as I was feeling fried. My volume has been high this year and I am still figuring out how best to handle it. With a race on the weekend, I like to have two full days off in the week before. I find it helps me get that "pop" feeling of freshness on the day. We were off course. Un-freaking-believable! I yelled to the leader but the head wind drowned me out. I spun around and headed back to the course cursin...

You Can Always Quit Later. Chronicles of John Paul Severin. Thursday, August 8, 2013. You have probably heard about this new fad and thought, "what the %$#@ is this world coming to? Bulletproof Coffee is basically a coffee/butter smoothie. The kicker is. it's billed as healthy. Now dear bloggers, you may be asking just how exactly is putting butter in your coffee healthy? This all sounds incredibly stupid. These are some of the purported benefits. Suspend your disbelief, I guess. 1 tbsp unrefined coconut...

Aka rhodsey, multiple ironman champion, great guy, and avid liver of the good life. I had the pleasure of meeting Rhodsey at a local socal race where I was guiding Aaron Scheidies, blind triathlete extraordinaire. You Can Always Quit Later. Chronicles of John Paul Severin. Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Coaching: a weird way to experience a race. I have been absent for far too long so time to get back on the horse. Not a ton going on for me from a racing perspective but that doesn't mean I have bailed on triathlon. Quite the opposite, I am doubling down. I am enjoying training more than ever and I actually started coaching! The coaching has been pretty interesting so let's talk about that just between us girls. The da...

You Can Always Quit Later. Chronicles of John Paul Severin. Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Fireside Chat with Olypic Hopeful, Kevin Collington! Stormed onto the triathlon scene as a recent ITU stud. He has brilliant results to his name such as 13th place at the incredibly competitive Hy-Vee Triathlon. A feat which few can claim, he has outsplit Simon Whitfield on a run course! Representing the Red White and Blue in ITU. Any plans on Ironman in the distant future? I could see myself doing an ironman but no...
