Tuesday, August 18, 2009. No keeping up with the Lauses! So I pledged LAST May (yes, May 08) that if Shannon could manage a blog, so could I. In the past 16 months, Shannon has changed 5 million or so diapers, given birth, flown back and forth to the U.S. a couple of times, moved her family halfway across the Earth, purchased a house, AND managed to keep keep the world informed via E-mail, Facebook and her blog. Manner and started doing that a bit before we left for here and it did help. We got here rrrreallly early in the morning on 4/15 after our flight out of San Francisco got delayed 4.5 hours so him peeing in his nighttime pull-up that night is understandable. Two days ago I insulated the garage doors. Just 5 sheets of 4x8 styrofoam, two rolls of silver foil tape, a machete (I bought one to cut down the grasses on the hill in a month or so, but used it to cut the styrofoam to size), and half a day’s work and voila! I’ll be so glad when my leave is over and I can relax! Sunday, September 30, 2012.

Alex hasn't been sleeping well since Vinnie left on his deployment so we didn't make it to church.
