Another way to avoid the trap is by tracking how many weeks in a row where you make it to the gym 4 or 5 days. Get a string of those going and you won't want to break it. While the effects of the illness appear to be gone, I am still recovering from the hiccough in my training that it caused. I ran 2o miles last Tuesday and it nearly did me in. I have to admit I’m asking myself the same question you are; why would someone bother adding another blog into this already overcrowded, over-noisy, over-ego’d corner of cyber space? Perhaps I’m just tired of my own whinging…. Interesting, challenging, theologically solid, reformed evangelical books, written by Aussie Christian women who share my culture, I should buy.
