writing in space
November 7, 2011. I have to admit I’m asking myself the same question you are; why would someone bother adding another blog into this already overcrowded, over-noisy, over-ego’d corner of cyber space? Perhaps I’m just tired of my own whinging…. Interesting, challenging, theologically solid, reformed evangelical books, written by Aussie Christian women who share my culture, I should buy. I’m yet to find this magical bookshop. Well worth a read. Would love to hear of others so ‘reply’ and help me out.

Thursday, January 1, 2015. January's Post (will it stand alone? It's a day of the week I can't exactly recall without effort. I'm fairly certain it's been THE longest January 1st I've had in a very long time. I'm happy to put 2014 behind me, but I also wish I could say I'm really looking forward to what 2015 will bring. I'm not necessarily all that excited. No matter how much you love them or how much time you spend with them, does it ever feel like enough? Maybe just one big decision per month? I am Usu...

July 6, 2012. Gave Adeline tickets to the Nutcracker, so the next day Adeline and I headed out for a girl's day with friends. Pepper didn't come with us, but she was sad enough to chase us out the door and join us for a picture. Adeline was baptized by her dad on December 4, 2011. Her birthday landed right on Sunday and she requested that we make it happen that day. We are so proud of the little girl she is. I was terrible about pictures, but Grandma and Grandpa drove the kids across the country back to ...

Mumblings From Troy Ohio
Mumblings From Troy Ohio. Just a blog about my daily life. Loving Jesus through feast and famine, learning ways to be more frugal, coping through pregnancy loss and infertility, surviving bankruptcy and foreclosure, operating a barely-profitable pizza franchise, homeschooling an attention-deficient first-grader, being the loving wife of a man from a WAY different culture, and other little dibs and dabs that may or may not interest anyone but me. Saturday, August 30, 2014. It's been awhile, how are you?

My computer charger broke and I never bought another one and then I forgot about this page. but now I've bought another one and remembered. I've been tasked with the huge project of taking the Christmas photos of all the regular clients at work. here's some cute pups for your Saturday morning. Honestly, a lot of these photos are too bright and contrasty for my taste, but it fits the job! The winter blues are hitting hard, y'all. Only two more months. Life hasn't been much fun lately.

Hidden behind the mask of anonymity, i can expose myself without the fear of being hurt. A small town down south, laguna, Philippines. View my complete profile. Friday, May 1, 2015. Those who are left behind. We are the ones who have to live with the fear;. With the frustration, the anger, and the tears. For every waking moment that we close our eyes. We try to imagine their faces, their smiles. We remember the plans we've made in the past. For a future that will no longer come to pass. They say ahead is...
