I had about a million worries about Peyton! She has completely surprised me and is handling everything so well! Monday, December 29, 2014. The Things They Say. These kids:They are trying. They are hard. They are adorable. Thank goodness for that last one! Here's the current list of funny things they (mainly Peyton) have been saying. Peyton on Brody: "I asked for a sister first but a brother is okay.". It was so much fun for them to be able to go onto the field before the game! Sunday, February 15, 2015. Brody turned 6 months yesterday! I can't believe it! How in the world is he half a year old? He's an easy baby but in some ways feels like our hardest. He won't take a nap unless I'm holding him. If I put him down he wakes up within 5 minutes. It makes it pretty much impossible to get anything done! I can't believe he's mobile already! He's had rice cereal and peas. So far he's seemed to enjoy both. I'm going to give him green beans or carrots today. Posted by Megan Doubrava.

Thursday, March 19, 2015. Time just keeps chugging along! Sweet Brody turned 7 months last Saturday. He is getting so big! He crawls everywhere and is starting to try to pull himself up. He loves to get into cords, eat shoes, and mess with the dog bowl. He's pretty mild mannered. Just crawls around, smiles, and giggles. He definitely fights sleep- nap time and bed time. Monday, October 27, 2014. That kid has been coughing ever since! That was quite the experience. They brought us back to the triage area fairly quickly. A respiratory therapist was trying to give Peyton a breathing treatment. She was pretty rude. Peyton HATED it. She was screaming, crying, and pulling the mask off her face.
