Musings of a language teacher

Musings of a language teacher. Friday, December 15, 2006. Today in class we were looking at stuff to do with populations. I checked in Wikipedia ( www.wikipedia.com. And it says the USA has a population of about 300 million. I also checked the populations of the cities we were looking at. Go to http:/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List of metropolitan areas by population. To see which cities are the biggest. Tokyo tops the list if you are looking at the wider area of the city. Musings of a language teacher: Crazy weather

http://www.musings-of-a-language-teacher.blogspot.com/2006/10/crazy-weather.html

Musings of a language teacher. Wednesday, October 11, 2006. Today, they said it would be 34 degrees and the same tomorrow. It's crazy to be so hot in spring. Everyone is worried about the crops and gardens. I water my plants at night or early in the morning and have put mulch around them. Mulch is to stop the water drying out and to keep the roots of the plant moist. Something has been eating my basil! Posted by Lynda @ 4:19 PM. It's a good news for me that summer will be here!

Three people have gone in new directions and we have two new students. It's a small group, but already very cohesive and everyone works well together. Posted by Lynda @ 6:45 PM 3 comments. Adelaidelisa: June 2007

http://adelaidelisa.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html

Friday, June 22, 2007. Hello from the United States! Here a family photo of us all in front of the Getty Villa in Malibu, California. This is a magical place and is an educational centre and museum dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Roma and Etruria. The Villa is modeled after the Villa dei Papiri, a Roman country house in Herculaneum which was a city buried by the eruption of Mt Vesuvius in A.D. 79. Posted by Lisa at 8:40 AM. Life of Crystal: Hot weather

http://beautiful-crystal.blogspot.com/2006/11/hot-weather.html

Friday, 24 November 2006. Photo- Today, Mt. Tae-Back in Korea*. It was too hot today. I afraid of hot weather because actually, I don't like summer. In winter, I can see snow (I think it is most beautiful thing) and there is a Christmas but. In summer, it is too strong sun and sweat. Today, when I went to school, I heard a Christmas carol on the Rundle mall. It makes me excited. The Christmas carol is so great. I wish the Christmas. *. 27 November 2006 at 12:22:00 pm ACDT. Wonderful Opportunity: December 2006

http://taku-hero-gk17.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html

Monday, December 11, 2006. Yesterday, I played indoor soccer. I go back to Japan this Saturday, so it was the last game for me. Before we played the game, a big problem happened. There were only 3 members (including me). When we play indoor soccer, we need at least 6 members. So, we borrowed 3 members from other team (not AU PEPE). They had good skills, but they were too selfish and aggressive. They didn't pass, and they started fighting. I couldn't enjoy because of them. After the game, all GEAP. Yester...

Musings of a free spirited girl. Sunday, March 1, 2015. Ongoing obsession with a '90s trend: the slipdress. My reason/s for stocking up on them? Slip dresses aside, I'm definitely nursing a sleep wear obsession because the circuits in my head tell me that they're the best things to wear on most lazy days and nights - you can sleep in them, you also can go out in them if you dared (and I actually do, so heh.). This include sleep rompers, silky/satiny pajamas, etc. Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Outfit of the d...

Musings of a Moron

Musings of a Moron. Friday, September 26, 2008. The anniversary part I. We were friends for almost an year and a half when we eventually met up. Weird, I know. And when we did meet, we got along like a house on fire. After a characteristic and typical awkwardness from me at the initial meeting, it was as if we had been friends forever. We laughed, we cried, we fought, we made up and did anything in between and beyond. Once that realisation dawned on me, It took me only a few days to tell her how I felt.
