Although I don’t have diabetes which is fabulous news I am slightly insulin resistant apparently. so that is somewhat of a relief but also a pain ‘cos now I NEED to be careful with what I eat and MUST MUST loose weight.but I don’t need to see the diabetic nurse for a year so that’s good isn’t it?
