I was watching the news (I know I should not) and thinking of how can so many things can go wrong at one time - whether it is the jobs, the economy, the house slump and now the swine flu. And at every step the President has been able to come out and say we are doing everything we can. So every time something does not go your way - remember that God only gives you what you can handle. How do you stay married for 10 years or more?

The news is horrible, sometimes it is better not to turn on the news - that way at least you don't feel so depressed at the end of it. In spite of all the bad news, one has to be hopeful that things will change for the better. I guess that is what keeps us going. As we read about the different businesses and the big bucks that some people made, some of the those numbers have so many zeroes, it is difficult to comprehend.

Thursday, March 12, 2009. Lessons learnt this week, in the hard way. Start *doing* the assignment *on* the day it is given, especially when the assignment involves lab work. . If I get stressed out, it costs pretty dearly! I cannot eat cabbage 2 times a day, 5 days a week :(. If midterm week was so dreadful, I cant wait to die during the finals week!
