Musings of a Code Monkey. Come for the culture, stay for the leadership. Interesting Read on Managing Teams. January 6, 2016. Probably the most important component of any organization is the concept of “teams”. In my opinion, a team is so much more that a random group of individuals thrown together to accomplish some task, but more a collection of individuals that have developed mutual respect for each other’s abilities and are also keenly aware of each other’s weaknesses. Musings of a Clay Pot
Musings of a Clay Pot. Saturday, June 11, 2016. My son is 10 months old now, and he is crawling and starting to get really good at taking big, wide steps when we are holding him up and walking with him. Let's face it- pretty soon he is going to be walking and running everywhere and my life is going to get a whole lot busier! This stage of his development reminds me of Proverbs 16:9 that says, "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps." (ESV). It’s so comforting to know tha...

Musings of a Clothaholic
Jan 12, 2012. Potentially my last year of CD'ing. It dawned on me last night that 2012 could potentially be my last year using cloth diapers, and that makes me a little sad! Gaby was toilet trained by the time she was 2 1/2, and if that is the same for Emersyn, that would mean she'll be out of cloth by the end of the year. Well - minus the one night time diaper. The thought of going from numerous diapers a day to SEVEN a week makes me sad. Look at lots of babies showing off their cloth butts! Nov 28, 2011.

Musings of a Coffee Guy. June 3, 2015. June 3, 2015. Since 2 years much has happened in that part of the country but one thing I sorely miss is the beauty and heart warming Kashmiris in the cities of Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam. Though it was a week long trip, I didn’t have much time to capture the full beauty of Kashmir. Here are the snippets from my tour of May-June 2013. You can also relive those pictures on Flickr.
