Musings of a Working Mom
Musings of a Working Mom. Tuesday, 9 September 2014. Posted by Christine Gary. Friday, 27 September 2013. Here are nine remarks working mothers hate to hear:. Do you really have to work? Aren't you concerned about not being there for your kids? Did you hear about that study on children of working moms? It must be nice to get a break from the kids. You're so lucky to work from home. But why do you need a nanny? Why have kids if someone else is going to take care of them? You have another school event?

Musings of a Working Mother, Part-Time SAHM
Musings of a Working Mother, Part-Time SAHM. View my complete profile. Thursday, January 24, 2013. I haven't been able to stop since the final minutes of labor with my daughter almost eight years ago. I remember telling her father, I just need a little break. I thought if I rested for a minute, I could muster up the last of my strength and push her out of there. But there wasn't time; she was already coming, and I had to keep pushing. Labels: demands of motherhood. Friday, July 6, 2012. More Than a Sister.

A Yankee's Musing
Wednesday, March 04, 2015. There are things, so many things, I read and see in the news. But my students bring fresh eyes, an open mind, and an aching heart to these stories: I see faces so like those who have names. My perspective has changed. I have learned not to make assumptions and judgments. I have learned from my students. Will I be the same without them? Will, upon my return to a world so very separate from the rest, in the White Mountains, lose more than I will gain? Posted by AYankee @ 1:08 PM.

Musings Of A Yorkshire Lass
Musings Of A Yorkshire Lass. Thursday, 10 September 2009. Yvonne Ridley on BNP protest tomorrow. Sister Yvonne Ridley gave clear warning to attendees of the protest, via her Facebook profile:. TO EVERYONE going to Harrow Mosque on Friday - be very careful you are not wound up and lured into a trap. There were all sorts of shenanighans [sic] going on during the Bradford riots, but who was arrested? The BNP, the anti Nazi protestors [sic]? Nope, young Muslim men who ended up being sent down for four years.
