Apple season approaching, so it’s time for apple crumble recipe. This one is from my Portugese friend, Renata. It is very simple and delicious. Of course, you can try out different modifications, like mixing apples with rhurbarb, or why not exchanging them with it, or alternatively adding some black forest fruits to apples. One way or the other, this apple crumble is great when cold, but I myself adore it when hot and served with ice cream. I want to apologise for this looooooong break in my cooking.
