My Corner of Heaven. Saturday, June 18, 2011. We have been having a great summer so far. A few of the highlights are Thursday park days, splash parks, and Saturday family outings. The second park we went to was Kingsdale Park in Bella Vista. It was totally shaded and had a lot of play equipment, swings, and room to run. There is also a mini golf course you can use free if you bring your own clubs and balls. We will do that next time. The kids voted on going back to that one. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

My Corner of Heaven. Friday, September 23, 2011. Our Weekend in Nauvoo. This past weekend our family drove 8 hours to Nauvoo, IL to camp, visit the Church History sites, and attend the temple. It was such a great trip! Saturday we arose early and sought warmth from the fire. It was a bit cold the first night but thankfully we brought enough blankets and layers of pajamas to stay warm.
