http://sockit-to-me.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
An insane knitter desperately trying to use up her stash! Saturday, February 25, 2006. Continuing Saga of the Norwegians. Going to finish this sock and make the final decision on whether I'll continue to knit the second after this is finished, blocked and put on my foot for inspection. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions! I got an email today that my first postcrossing postcard arrived. In her profile she said she liked handmade cards so I sent her one and she says she loves it! Not much to repor...

Hogwarts Sock Kit Swap 2: From Kristen
http://hogwartssockkitswap2.blogspot.com/2007/07/from-kristen.html
Saturday, July 28, 2007. Who did a great job with her first stitch markers (I wouldn't know it was your first time, Kristen, they are so nicely done). Very pretty sock yarn too (what are they? I couldn't find a label), a pair of 2.75mm Knitpick circulars, a knitted cotton drawstring bag, a pattern, an Albus Dumbledore bookmark, and HP sweets. Really wish I had my book, I left the book token in DH's office so need to collect it and go get my book. Many thanks Kristen and Jeanette. July 28, 2007 at 7:28 AM.

theatreknitter: Memory shawl (part2)
http://theatreknitter.blogspot.com/2014/12/memory-shawl-part2.html
All of the things that I love in life wrapped up on one little page. Monday, December 15, 2014. So, the next yarn is a beautiful malabrigo silk in a stunning shade of purple. So, this yarn was most certainly therapy yarn. It was purchased about 5 minutes after I received aea sage saying that my step father had been rushed to the hospital. He later had triple bypass (and has recovered well). Link to finished shawl below). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Betsy's 101 things in 1001 days.

Wrap and Turn: September 2005
http://wrapandturn.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 30, 2005. On the upside, I did get more knitting time than I had expected. The second sleeve is done and I have started the yoke decreases on Hourglass. Posted by lynnm at 8:07 AM. Thursday, September 29, 2005. As promised here are pic of my lastest stuff. I am halfway done with the second sleeve on the Hourglass sweater. I noticed that my lavender stipe is one row shorter (so much for my notes) but other than me, I don't think anyone will. Skirt, jacket and pants! Ok, so my shopping tr...

Wrap and Turn: July 2005
http://wrapandturn.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 29, 2005. We went to the Stitch n' Pitch event last night at the M's game. I really didn't think I would knit much since I love baseball and didn't want to get too distracted so I didn't bring my directions for the Queen Bee hat. I had 6 repeats to work on and knew that part so I figured I was good to go. Wrong! In Sitcom Chic news, I finished one sleeve and have started the second. Posted by lynnm at 8:24 AM. Wrap and Turn: August 2005
http://wrapandturn.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 31, 2005. As promised here are some pics of the knitting I did on vacation. I haven't felted the buttonhole bag yet ( maybe tonight). I am not sure about it but maybe I will change my mind after it is felted. This was a really quick pattern and I could see making these for gifts down the line. My 3rd Clapotis is on its way. I have dropped 2 stitches so far. It is looking kind of like camoflage (not my favorite look) but I held it up to some khaki pants and I like it. Knitting news: I fi...

http://wrapandturn.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 30, 2005. I have finished the Clapotis! I made major progress on it last night while watching Boogie Nights and finished it this morning. I gave in yesterday and bought the One Skein Wonder Pattern. They are everywhere so why not join the bandwagon? I have made 2 Mini-Sweaters. And find Stefanie's patterns easy to follow.I have 2 skeins of Denim Silk that I bought on sale and didn't know what to do with. Perfect for a OSW. I gauged it out this morning and should start it tonight. Another w...
