Thursday, May 2, 2013. The Weight - Squat Flex Week 18. It's been several weeks since I've last checked in. I was having trouble moving up from 5 bands per side on my Squat Flex work-outs. So here's what I did:. I just kept on working out with 5 bands per side, twice a week. I'd complete 6 sets of 6 reps each. Often I'd even throw on a few more reps per set, just to make sure I was getting a decent work-out. I can't believe I did that. That's embarrassing. Kept taking my creatine, and my protein shakes.
