Ingredients fosr 4 bouchées :. 1 Cucumber, a slice or two of country ham (depends on how thin they are), 150g of fresh cheese, fresh parsley leaves, 1 tea spoon of wine vinegar, a little salt, a little pepper and a little espelette pepper. Slice the cucumber in several more or less equal parts (3 to 4 cm). Scoop out the contents with a tea spoon, but avoid to go all the way, you need a bottom to all of this.

They have imported from Germany, the self service bakery concept (although the quality of the bakery goods is not as good in these stores in Germany).
