This inspirational day was ostensibly part of my work as a consultant at Babur (which Zagat 2013 says is London’s best Indian restaurant), but truthfully I’d have paid for the privilege. I’ve known Chef KK’s cooking for a few years and he makes the best South Indian food I’ve ever tasted.
