Should frost it with orange buttercream, but, the kids can't wait. 2 3/4 cups cake flour. 1 1/2 cups white sugar. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1 cup golden raisins, chopped. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1 tablespoon orange zest. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan, two 9 inch round cake pans, or three 8 inch round cake pans. Links to this post.

Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Since I still have some frozen blueberries left from my last cooking adventure, i searched for recipes that calls for blueberries. Found one in Gert's. 2 stick of butter (1 cup). 1 1/4 cup of sugar. 1/2 cup of milk. 2 1/2 cup of flour. 1 tsp of baking powder. 1/2 tsp of salt. 1 tsp of vanilla. 2 cups of fresh blueberries (toss with 1 tbsp of flour). 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
