Come What May, and Love It! Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Unfortunately, our little Sugar does not have the most warm feelings toward Santa Claus. In fact, last year she asked me if he could just leave any presents on the porch, and that I really shouldn't let him inside. So, OK. Some of this is my fault. When she was 18 months old we MADE her sit on his lap to get a picture and she pretty much cried the whole time. See what I mean? I never seem to give her enough credit.) What happened? Saturday, January 2, 2010. Our beautiful girl was baptized today. She is our youngest, therefore the last baptism. Since she is the only girl and the last, I went all out with white embellishments. I made her a lovely bracelet (on the doll's wrist), and added lace to a white towel. In her white dress and cardigan, she was breathtaking! I even got her a hand-made dress for her doll, along with a pair of white shoes! What a great reminder for her that she is clean and pure. View my complete profile.
