My Paleo Kitchen: Butternutsquash with Cranberries
http://mypaleokitchen.blogspot.com/2008/01/butternutsquash-with-cranberries.html
With crappy phone-cam pictures. Today I was all out of fresh products, so this is one right out of the pantry. 1 cup diced butternut squash. A handfull dried cranberries. 1/2 can coconut milk. 1/2 a diced onion. 2 cloves sliced garlic. 1 teaspoon curry powder. January 22, 2008 at 8:11 PM. Hadn't heard of that site before. Looked through it briefly, and I certainly will read more, seems very interesting! Thanks for the link and the nice comment, Take care :). January 23, 2008 at 12:15 PM. I like this butt...
My Paleo Kitchen: Addition to my home gym
http://mypaleokitchen.blogspot.com/2010/01/addition-to-my-home-gym.html
With crappy phone-cam pictures. Addition to my home gym. Fortunately the fingertip hanging days are now over. We decided to get some equipment for our 'home gym'. As you can see in the picture, our first item is a doorbar for pull-ups. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it did not smash right through the door window and it didnt reduce the door to splinters either! As an added bonus you can make your sit ups easier with this thing and it's possible to do some sort of dips. But I'm glad I am. I can...
My Paleo Kitchen: Fennel & Pomegranate Salad
http://mypaleokitchen.blogspot.com/2008/01/fennel-pomegranate-salad.html
With crappy phone-cam pictures. Fennel and Pomegranate Salad. Another salad recipe. It's fresh and crisp, with a sweet/sour taste. Yumm. 4 handfulls of rucola salad mix*. A good splash of lemon juice. First make the dressing by mixing up the bottom 3 ingredients in a small bowl. I don't need to tell anyone that you should remove the seeds from the pomegranate before adding them to the salad, right? P Don't worry about keeping them whole, they look and taste nice anyway. My hands aren't very big. Semoga s...

With crappy phone-cam pictures. 10 Money saving tips. Pretty much the only bad thing I've got to say about prof. Cordain's book is that you'd almost have to be a freakin' millionaire to follow his weekly diet plan. Fresh blueberries everyday? Here's a random list of things I do to keep eating healthy somewhat affordable. 1 If you're going to freeze it, buy it frozen. 2 You kill it, you eat it. 4 Organic and grass fed/finished? Remember that post from MDA. About the lean vs fat discussion? A single organi...

Caveman Food: August 2009
http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. The primal challenge has been going eh. My digestion has never fully recovered from the Korean debacle and it's getting frustrating. Leaving tomorrow am for vacation (New Mexico and then the Jersey shore) and will be gone for a few weeks. I may have internet access or I may not. Luckily for most of the vacay I will have kitchen access and won't be forced to eat out all the time. :). It's what you're here for, right?

A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Thursday, February 19, 2009. What I've been eating: Feb 19, 2009. Once again I've been remiss in my blogging! My mom and little brother came down for a visit over President's Day weekend and they threw me completely out of my groove. That's ok, family wins out over groove any day! As previously blogged here. This week's had blueberries, apples, and frozen strawberries. Topping was pecans, almonds, prunes, and a splash of pomegranate juice. Februar...

http://cflcfood.blogspot.com/2013/06/you-can-never-have-too-much-bacon.html
Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. Thursday, June 27, 2013. You can never have too much bacon. I think we all know how much my family loves the bacon and this month we have tried to find different ideas in using, so far so good. Early we did the bacon muffins and those are now a common staple in our breakfast routine. This recipe I think would be better with apples but still very tasty and the kids love it! This one is quick and easy, and it's bacon so of course its good! Label uncured as well).

My Paleo Blog | a place of reference
A place of reference. So we ordered pizza and wings last night from Wegmans. The pizza was s’posed to be for the kids, but I just couldn’t resist! Jason and I both felt bloated afterwards and I woke up this morning so tired and groggy. It’s hard to believe that we used to eat that 1-2 times a week and think that feeling this way was normal! Wow I feel so much better after I eat good stuff it makes me not want to eat the stuff I used to anymore. Eggs cooked in coconut oil with cheddar cheese. 2 eggs fried...

My Paleo Life in Maine | occasional updates on my life since starting a Paleo diet
My Paleo Life in Maine. Occasional updates on my life since starting a Paleo diet. Posted by Maureen Farr. Tomorrow will be three weeks since I began my Paleo journey, and I am still on track, feeling great, and eating well. I stepped on the scales this morning to discover I have lost TWELVE pounds since June 23rd! I could tell even without the scales that I weigh less than before because my clothes are much looser and some of those summer clothes I bought on sale at the end of last season actually fit me.
My Paleo Life | Struggles and Successes of the Lurong Challenge
Struggles and Successes of the Lurong Challenge. October 8, 2013. Whew- it has been awhile! Classes were crazy last week and I was struggling to keep up. Really struggling. I cheated…. a lot. Dont worry, I didnt go eat a whole cake or anything. However, I did consume quite a bit of gluten free granola and dark chocolate. Making a huge life change is all about transitioning slowly and trying to make better choices. So maybe a little worth it? The menu for this week:. Studying Snack: unsweetened green tea.
