Since it is now Wednesday the 27th here I now have 7 days till my surgery. YAY! This is what I have been eating. Now lets talk about this lovely diet! I've posted above what my daily diet consists of but now I'm going to break it down to what I actually get to eat in one day. Either a slimfast or atkins shake.
