From Portugal to Hawaii – Here WE Are! There is a story, though Somehow we have believed that Caires brothers (names unknown) immigrated to Hawaii on the same vessel from Portugal. Upon arrival on Oahu, they split up and went to different islands. So this is where my research begins on my Caires ancestors.
