An attempt to try one new recipe each week. Friday, February 25, 2011. BBQ Cheeseburger and Rice Skillet. Makes 6 (About 1 cup each) Servings. 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup onion, chopped. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 BROWN meat with onion in large skillet; drain. 2 ADD water and barbecue sauce; mix well. Bring to boil. 3 STIR in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese. Pretty good and Super Easy! 1 lb ground beef.
