Stuffed Mushrooms | Thymes of Change
https://thymesofchange.wordpress.com/2014/03/26/stuffed-mushrooms
From my kitchen…. Amy’s Armadillo Dip. Not Just for Food? Such a crowd pleaser! Sadly I am not a mushroom lover at all. Although I do enjoy making this crowd pleasing appetizer for all my family and friends! This particular version interested me in that you roast the mushrooms first in balsamic vinegar. It’s a bit time consuming to make but the effort is apparently worthwhile, so everyone tells me. Sausage and Asiago Stuffed Mushrooms with Balsamic Glaze. 2 links Italian sausage. 1 onion, diced small.

Not Just for Food? | Thymes of Change
https://thymesofchange.wordpress.com/2014/04/13/not-just-for-food
From my kitchen…. Not Just for Food? I’m not crafty at all … not a single bit of me has the ability to do a nice craft. I’ve got the ideas, get excited about the “concept” but the end result never matches what is in my head. But this one may end up being my redeeming craft! This is probably not new to anyone in the craft world. I first saw this at a friend’s house and thought it was amazing and right away knew I wanted to recreate this. So here is my first attempt at making a Wine Bottle Light! But this ...

Creations from flour, sugar, and butter. Daring Bakers – Panna Cotta and Florentine Cookies. This is my first time doing Daring Bakers, and it definitely was out of my comfort zone! I had generally overlooked panna cotta as something I wouldn’t really be that interested in. I was completely wrong. We were encouraged to play with flavor combinations, so I layered Bailey’s panna cotta, coffee gelee, and chocolate panna cotta with delicious results. Bailey’s Panna Cotta (adapted from Daring Bakers). 1/2 cup...

From my kitchen…. Mini Brownie Butter Cakes. Paleo Thai Curry with Chicken, Squash and Avocado →. I’ve got to say that I have tried Ceviche twice and not really got hooked on it. From my kitchen…. Paleo Thai Curry with Chicken, Squash and Avocado. Stuffed Mushrooms →. Amy’s Armadillo Dip. Nuthin’ but good ole Southern Cooking! I’ve been known to sit myself very close to this dip when it is served at one of our many Florida gatherings. I try to tell everyone else how horrible this is, but no one ever believes me and I end up having to share. This is sinful. It’s the Best! And I’m so happy that my friends gladly share their recipes! What could be better? Amy’s Armadillo Dip. Not Ju...
